When will my order arrive?
All merchandise orders are expected to be shipped within 1 to 2 weeks from the order date.
I placed my order, but have not received tracking information?
Once your order is packaged and a shipping label is printed, you will be sent an email update with the tracking information.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes! We proudly offer shipping to all Australian addresses. Orders over $149 qualify for complimentary shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. However, delivery may take longer. Additional custom/import/taxes charges maybe assessed by the respective foreign country being ship to.
International Customs Information
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import fees upon delivery.
These charges are not always applied, but when they are, they’re determined by the value of your order and the tax-free threshold set by the destination country. As customs regulations vary widely between countries, we recommend contacting your local customs office for specific information regarding potential fees.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love every piece. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us with the issue and the order number within 48 hours of delivery, and we will make it right.
Do you restock your inventory?
Every round is only live until the next round is released. Items from previous rounds are not stocked. At times, we will have a special release of previous rounds.
Sizing?
Everything is true to its size.
